Furthermore, it can also reduce stress and anxiety since you won’t be overwhelmed with too many decisions or obligations on your plate at once.
When I first arrived in my new home in a tropical country, all I had was my backpack. Moving from place to place was easy and straightforward; it only took me minutes. However, after living here for a few years my life changed drastically, with moving becoming an arduous process – taking me hours to drive back and forth with all the stuff I had accumulated.
This experience opened my eyes to the power of minimalism and decluttering. It made me realize that having fewer possessions gives us more freedom, both emotionally and physically – enabling us to move through life with ease instead of being weighed down by clutter.
